While we strive to minimize personally identifiable information directly on-chain, transaction hashes and public wallet addresses are visible.

  • Off-Chain Data Storage: We primarily store sensitive personal data off-chain in secure, traditional databases, linking it to on-chain activities via cryptographic references (e.g., hashes) or unique identifiers. This allows us to comply with "right to erasure" and other data protection principles while leveraging the benefits of blockchain for digital title and transaction integrity.

  • ERC-1400 Security: Our use of ERC-1400 tokens provides enhanced programmability and compliance features, allowing for on-chain controls and restrictions (e.g., whitelisting of approved participants for token transfers) that help manage access to and interaction with digital titles in a compliant manner.
